Great website! But I don't think you won the 1980 Scottish Rally. Hannu Mikkola's name is engraved on the trophy for that event, but you were a very worthy runner-up.
It was good to see you when you spoke on nuclear energy in Perth early in 2007, and I treasure the photograph taken of us with Colin McRae that night, as it was the last time I saw him.
Good luck with the Presidential campaign. I can think of no more suitable candidate.

Remember following whole event, sleeping in the car. I was at the stage after Malcolm's accident, Port Clair? On the shores of Loch Ness, Ari and Hannu we're battling with Malcolm at the front, when they came through and Malcolm didn't , I knew something wasn't good. Two broken ankles and a visit to a cottage hospital near Inverness?
